Branded apparel is a rolling billboard your team wears — and the same iForce Graphics design shop that builds your signs and wraps prints it. We decorate shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, staff uniforms, and event merch using the method that actually fits the job: direct-to-garment for soft full-color prints on cotton, dye sublimation for all-over and performance fabrics, commercial-grade heat transfer for names and numbers, and DTF transfer film for vivid, durable graphics on almost any material. Because we already hold your brand files, apparel comes out matching your vehicle wraps, storefront sign, and print — one consistent look across everything your business touches. Small runs for a crew or a launch, or bulk orders for a full staff and event giveaways.

Decoration Methods We Offer

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) — inkjet CMYK printed straight into the fabric for soft, detailed, photo-quality full-color graphics; best on cotton, ideal for detailed art and short runs. Dye Sublimation (CMYK) — dye is infused into the fibers for all-over prints and edge-to-edge coverage that never cracks or peels; best on white/light polyester and performance apparel. Commercial Heat Transfer — durable pressed graphics, names, and numbers, great for uniforms and team apparel. DTF (Direct-to-Film) Transfer — full-color transfers that bond to cotton, poly, blends, and hard-to-print fabrics with vivid color and strong wash durability. We match the method to the garment and the order, instead of forcing one process onto every job.

Choosing the Right Method

The garment and the run drive the decision. Soft, detailed art on cotton tees points to DTG. All-over graphics or bright designs on performance polyester point to sublimation. Names, numbers, and simple durable marks on uniforms point to heat transfer. Mixed fabrics, dark garments, and vivid multi-color art across a variety of blanks point to DTF. Tell us the garment, the quantity, and how the piece will be used, and we’ll recommend the process that looks best and holds up wash after wash — and we’ll proof it before we run the order.

Uniforms, Teams, and Event Merch

Staff uniforms are branding: a wrapped van pulling up with a matching-shirted crew reads as a real, established business. We decorate staff apparel to the same color spec as your fleet and signage, hold the artwork on file for reorders and new hires, and handle team apparel, event giveaways, and merch runs. Whether it’s five shirts for a crew or a few hundred pieces for an event, the setup and brand-matching are handled in-house.
