Designed and Installed Under One Roof
Most sign jobs in the Cache Valley get split across vendors: a designer draws it, a fab shop builds it, and an installer hangs it — and the result rarely matches the rendering. iForce Graphics keeps all three in-house. Our design team builds the artwork (or works from your existing brand pack), we fabricate on our own equipment, and our crew installs and connects power. That means one point of contact, one timeline, and a sign that looks like the proof you approved. It also means we can match a new storefront sign to the vehicle wrap and lobby graphics we may already have produced for you.
Materials and Construction
We build with sign-grade substrates chosen to survive Salt Lake’s UV, salt, and freeze-thaw climate: aluminum composite (Dibond-style) panels, cast and extruded acrylic, PVC, and powder-coated aluminum returns for channel letters. Faces and graphics are printed on Mimaki large-format printers with UV-stable inks and laminated, or cut from Oracal, Avery, and 3M sign vinyls. Illuminated signs use low-draw LED modules rated for exterior service. Cutting and finishing is done with Olfa and plotter tooling for clean edges. Every sign is engineered for the mounting surface — masonry, EIFS, metal panel, or glass — so it stays put through Cache Valley wind and weather.
Permits, Codes, and Landlord Approvals
Logan and most Cache Valley municipalities regulate exterior sign size, illumination, and placement, and multi-tenant buildings usually have a landlord sign criteria packet on top of that. We handle it. We measure and photograph the site, produce a scaled sign drawing for approval, submit the permit application, and coordinate landlord sign-off before anything is fabricated. ADA signage is built to the required tactile, contrast, and Braille standards. This is the step most businesses underestimate — getting it wrong means a sign you have to take down and rebuild.
Our Process
Step 1 — Site visit & measure. We document the facade or wall, lighting, power availability, and any code or landlord constraints. Step 2 — Design & proof. Our team produces a scaled drawing and a photo-realistic mockup on your actual building so you see the sign before we build it. Step 3 — Permits & approvals. We submit drawings to the city and landlord and hold fabrication until everything clears. Step 4 — Fabrication. Letters, cabinets, and panels are built and finished in-house. Step 5 — Install. Our crew mounts, levels, and (for illuminated signs) wires and tests the sign, then walks you through care and warranty.
